1 - Advance Information

3 - Rates & Payment Methods

A "Once accepted by the customer the budget submitted by Mogador Network Design , the client must have paid into our bank account through bank transfer or by direct entry into our bank, the first payment for 40% of the total amount that appears in our budget including VAT.

B-Once Mogador Network Design met the first deadline for submission of draft project the client must make a second payment for AMOUNTS 40% of the final outstanding amount of the budget included VAT.

C-After correcting all the problems the client must make the third payment of an amount of 20% of the total final amount of the budget accepted by him. It may be that the modifications to be made to increase the budget if they had not been requested by the customer at the originally agreed budget. If the assumption that there were no changes to make the client must make a second payment for the total amount outstanding of the agreed budget including VAT, which corresponds to 60% of the total outstanding amount of the budget accepted by him and Mogador Network Design give him the final bill

D-The client will receive the final draft and Mogador Network Design will be available along with the client to verify that the entire project was carried out according to the specifications requested by him. If I had to fix some last minute details, Mogador Network Design will have 5 days to correct these last details.

4 - Documentation that the client must give

A-The customer must submit, after accepting the budget Mogador Network Design , and no later than 2 days (48 hours), all documentation requested and required by Mogador Network Design . The documentation required may be:
- Logos and Images of the company and its products or services
- Data and texts on the client company and its products or services
- Other information required to be specified according to the needs of Mogador Network Design to develop the project requested by the client

B-If you missed the deadline for delivery of the documentation requested and not having Mogador Network Design received the requested documentation, Mogador Network Design means that the customer does not wish to continue the project and Mogador Network Design terminates the contract acquired by both parties.

C-However, in relation to the preceding paragraph, the Customer may justify the non-delivery of documentation, 24 hours after the deadline for submission of the required documentation by registered letter to the following email address:

5 - Prices

The prices that appear on our website refers to the product and / or service, for those products or services tailored to the needs of customers, the price may be modified regarding the needs of these customers.
